Shortcuts Sponsors 2 Sketches 4Y ou
This week ShortCuts, the sister site of SheetLoad, is the sponsor this week over at 2 Sketches 4 You.
This was a great opportunity for me bust out my new PTI stamp set A Day At The Beach and the punch that I had to have, Boundary Waters. I just love the way this card turned out. It's the perfect use for a ShortCuts Clear Card Blank!

Bucket o' Cakepops
So my son needed some treats for a part last week and I need no better excuse to make some cakepops! I haven't quite mastered them, but the kids liked them. I had a yellow cake and thought it would be fun to add food coloring, so I put orange in it. Don't ask me why I picked orange, but it turned out really cool. I found the little buckets at Target in their $1 Spot, placed a florist foam block in the bottom and then added some green basket filler. They were a hit!

Card Tag
I recently participated in a round of card tag host by Alicia. What fun! It starts with one card that is then passed to the next participant who pulls inspiration from it, creates their own card, which is then passsed to the next participant and so on. Be sure to check out Alicia's blog for the entire chain of cards.
Here's my card. I pulled inspiration from the layout, scalloped circles and the bird theme from the previous card. It was so fun!

Busy Bee
Since I had today off I made the most of the opportunity and stayed up late (insanely late) to craft. I whipped out all of my mother's day cards. So here it goes, this is a long post.
This first card is for the Spring Fling Challenge over at Nichole's Blog. I got my inspiration from Lisa. I just LOVED the field of tulips. These colors were so fantastic together.
